Job Duties: Supervises and manages overall daily operations of designated clubhouse.
Key areas of responsibility are ensuring outstanding programs and service delivery for youth members which includes staff supervision and development, club operations, facilities management, membership administration, and community outreach.
NOTE: This position is temporarily located at the Central Clubhouse.
Requirements:
1.
Four year degree from accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
2.
Minimum of five years work experience in a similar organization, planning and supervising
activities based on the developmental needs of young people or equivalent experience.
3.
Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and
recruitment and retention of employees.
4.
Can effectively motivate youth and manage their behaviors.
5.
Demonstrated ability in working with parents, community leaders, and the general public.
6.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7.
Working knowledge of budget preparation, control, and management.
8.
Ability to keep records and information confidential.
9.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.
10.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
