*Duties of the Behavior Technician/RBT include:*
-Provide ABA instruction part-time in the client's home using an individualized curriculum and behavior plan created by one of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
-Participate in daily communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and behavior
-Collect skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a BCBA.
*Qualifications and Requirements for selected RBTs or Behavior Technicians include:*
-Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
-Bachelor’s Degree or current enrollment in a four year Bachelors program preferred.
