We are starting to schedule interviews for a "Front Desk Receptionist" at our company (Sturdevant AC).
This position is a vital part of our administrative team, offering the first impression of our company to clients and visitors.
This full-time, entry-level position is essential in creating a welcoming environment, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient communication within the company.
The receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, managing incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities: Client Reception: •Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
•Answer questions, provide basic company information, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel.
Telephone Management: •Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
•Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression of the company.
Administrative Support: •Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
•Handle daily mail and deliveries, including distributing mail to appropriate departments.
Appointment Coordination: •Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, vendors, and company executives as needed.
•Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Communication and Collaboration: •Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
•Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or a related field is a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telephone switchboard systems.
•Strong communication and people skills.
•A customer-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism.
