Residential property handyman for repairs and yard work. (North Kihei)

My wife and I own two residential properties that are next to each other in North Kihei.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that is wanting a steady one to two day-a-week job to supplement their income.
The varied work is a permanent (minimum 6 to 8+ hrs) ANY day of the week job.
Our last steady person, worked for us for 5+ years in addition to their full-time job.
After a major promotion at their full-time job, they didn't need to work a secondary job.
Our perfect person would have the ability and/or the desire to learn to work on variable rental property minor projects and repairs that come up from time to time.
We're also looking for another dependable person (could be the same person) to weed, prune, as well as irrigation tweeking and repair.
If you are looking for a temp job, we have 30-40 hrs of weeding that needs immediate attention.
Eventually (maybe years away), if you are able to adequately work on our rental property repairs, as well as taking care of the yard work, we would offer you one of our rental units (we accept pets) that could accommodate up to two people.
The unit would include off street parking for two autos.
