We are seeking well-organized and highly productive PV installers to work with a team in the field installing Commercial and Residential grid-tied PV systems with battery backup.
Requirements:
Applicants with construction and electrical background.
Applicants MUST be able to show they meet the following qualifications:
2 years of construction background.
2 years of solar experience.
Disciplined, self-motivated work style.
Knowledge of the PV marketplace and industry.
Desire to stay on the leading edge of the PV industry.
Knowledge of electrical wiring in residential or commercial applications.
Experience in mechanical and electrical installations, general construction and ladder work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills and experience.
High degree of professionalism; clean appearance, positive attitude and team player.
MUST have reliable transportation.
Exceptional abilities for problem solving, implementing ideas and working well with others.
Experience with all types of hand-held and power tools, as well as small machinery.
Experience working with and mounting to all types of building materials - various roof types, wood, tile, composite shingle, concrete, membrane, etc.

Diploma, two-year degree in technology/industrial arts preferred.
Proficiency on a PC computer (MS Word, Excel).
Knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems.
