Then we can normally add in four extra hours a week paid at 20 an hour.

Note:
House chores are not work trade, As with all share living spaces helping prep meals, clean up with washing dishes putting them away neatly, keeping common areas tidy, keeping the bathroom clean is not work trade hours & including if you are eating and using the household supplies than shopping running errands are not work trade hours.
We "PERFER" someone who loves volunteer work, loves going beyond the call of duty and is not a hour counter but
finds inner happinesses in helping this kind of a rare and wonderful elder.
