We're hiring for a Professional Finisher (Manufacturing Spray Booth) with expertise in, mixing, matching, toning, blending custom finishes and the efficient flow of parts through the booth
Responsibilities:
-Mix finishes according to manufacturer guidelines.
-Prepare woodwork surfaces for finishing.
-Match custom finishes to specified colors.
-Maintain painting equipment and ensure its cleanliness.
-Conduct regular quality checks on coating applications.
-Maintain paint booth cleanliness and change filters as needed.
-Collaborate in a team environment.
-Manage inventory and coordinate with Procurement.
-QC work before it’s release from the finish booth
Requirements:
-Full-time availability in the shop facility.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Annual respirator re-certification (covered by Pacific Millworks).
Qualifications & Skills:
-High School diploma or equivalent.
-5–10 years spray finish experience with relevant tools and materials.
-Experience in industrial millwork finishing.
-Strong communication skills.
-Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is an plus
-Detail-oriented.
