What will you be doing? Inventory Management: Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing items, conducting thorough inspections of inventory and equipment for quality before storage or rerouting.
Organize and adjust storage areas according to production and shipping requirements, ensuring efficient and accessible product storage.
Technical Support: Assist Technicians by stocking and staging parts, contributing to the smooth execution of projects.
Collaborate with the Service Department in RMA processing, troubleshooting issues, documenting details, and archiving information into CRM.
Logistics and Operations: Adhere to best practices in packing and shipping orders, including filing invoices and maintaining safety and insurance requirements.
Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure database accuracy, minimizing the risk of inventory issues.
Installation and Configuration: Contribute to all phases of the installation and configuration of integrated residential technology systems under the guidance of management and lead technicians.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Execute daily and weekly assignments as planned, proactively identifying challenges and developing creative solutions.

Requirements: What do we need from you? Physical capability to handle weighted objects (up to 50 lbs.
) and exert strength to move objects (over 20 lbs.
).
Ability to ascend/descend independently and work in various physical conditions, including proximity to moving mechanical parts, scaffoldings, and the potential for electric shock.
Flexibility in standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ownership of a truck or service van with insurance and a valid driver's license.
