Organic Gardening & Landscape design skills is a plus but not required.
Must have a good eye for balanced, must be organized & tidy.
"Normally rents for $1,080 you have the option to work this off with a work trade and depending in the number of hours pure veg meals can be included or food items for your own prep.
If a couple it normally rents for 1,800.

*This can be a full work trade and some wage, or you can do part work trade.
If you know organic gardening and forest farming & creating and maintaining off grid systems that is a plus.
If two people additional work trade hours will apply.
After a training period a fare wage can apply for hours worked past the required work trade hours, Right now it is capped at an extra four hours of paid labor but can increase.
