Need to rehome sweet adult cat (Waikapu)

We need to rehome our sweet tabby cat, McGarrett (born 11/2015).
He prefers to be outside, but does like to come inside for snuggles (if allowed to), and during fireworks.
He follows directions (“go outside”) and is very loyal to whoever feeds him.
He healthy, and is very mellow and loving.
He will use the litter box indoors.
