He was seen on 01/18/2024 breaking into a local, native famlies food truck and stealing lithium batteries, kids stuff and most important family gifts/heirlooms and objects passed through the family for over 100 years.

Sean Howard, 33, of Wailea was charged with first-degree unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and driving without a license.
In addition to pending charges for three stolen vehicles, Howard has convictions for abuse, third-degree assault, five counts of contempt of court, second-degree criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and failure to appear.
On Thursday, Howard was allegedly seen with a stolen 2012 Nissan Versa that had a broken ignition column and punched ignition.
