In this role, your daily tasks will be to provide outstanding customer service to our property owners and guests.
With a smile on your face and a smile in your voice, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring a positive experience from the arrival to departure.
That means you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, walk-ins, preparing guest packets, and other administrative tasks that keep our front end running smoothly.
Other interesting company projects are always available.
High School diploma or equivalent required, experience in a hotel/resort or a related field preferred.
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure as well as display ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
Standard computer knowledge and skills are a must.
