Hale Makua Health Services Home Health is a Medicare-certified provider of personalized care in the comfort of your home for individuals who are home-bound and need skilled help with medical conditions.
The Position:
We're looking for a passionate Clinical Manager for our Home Health team.
Ohana Pacific Health Clinical Managers provide supervision of home health services to patients.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for:
Supervision of skilled nursing and other therapeutic services provided.
Available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate)
Participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.
Requirements:
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
Current BLS Certification.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Five (5) years nursing experience, including two (2) years in Medicare certified home health.
Certification in OASIS and/or Home Health Case Management is desirable.
