School Based Health Coordinator (Hana)

The SBHC Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support for the School Based Health Center.
The coordinator will oversee the daily operations and coordination of the center.
Maintains strong relationship with school administration, school nurse/health related staff, and teachers.
Coordinates support services that may be needed by students/families, in coordination with school staff and/or clinic staff.
