We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Auto Detailer to join our team.
As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and cleanliness of our customers' vehicles, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
*Responsibilities:*
1.
Vehicle Detailing: Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning, polishing, and detailing of vehicles, including both interior and exterior surfaces, using a range of specialized tools, products, and techniques.
This includes, but is not limited to, washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, applying ceramic coatings and paint protection films.
2.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of workmanship to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality and identify any areas that require further attention.
3.
Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance on appropriate detailing services based on their needs.
Strive to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
4.
Time Management: Efficiently manage your work schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of detailing assignments while maintaining quality standards.
5.
Equipment and Supplies: Properly handle, maintain, and operate detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
Report any malfunctions or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
6.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
Follow all environmental regulations and disposal protocols for chemicals and waste generated during the detailing process.
7.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and administrative staff, to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.
Provide assistance when needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
*Requirements:*
1.
Experience: Prior experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not mandatory.
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
2.
Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering meticulous workmanship.
3.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift heavy equipment or objects throughout the workday.
Detailing can be physically demanding.
4.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and address their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
5.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
6.
Integrity: Display honesty, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job, including handling customer vehicles and personal belongings.
7.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, based on business needs.
*Pay and benefits:*
1.
Starting $20 per hour, with a mandatory 4 week probationary period at $17 per hour.
