Manage and oversee daily operations for all facets of beach and ocean resort recreation at high-end luxury Wailea beachfront hotel.
Position features working outside in the best office on the planet leading a team assisting guests with recreation, water sports, retail, rental and activities.
Ideal candidate will be skilled in the areas of team building, goal setting, leading by example, resort relations, working with group coordinators, motivation, rewards and recognition.
Additional characteristics include enjoyment of working outside with guest on vacation, marketing, sales and adventure building skill sets.
The manager schedules, trains and directs the efforts of a team ranging from 2-6 staff members.
Compensation plan includes competitive salary, generous incentives, success bonuses and guest satisfaction rewards.
Candidates MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING ON MAUI and posses a great level of enthusiasm and hospitality towards welcoming our Maui guests.
