Salary: $93,000 - $98,000 per year

A prestigious 5-star hotel in Lanai City, HI is seeking a Restaurant General Manager with extensive fine dining experience to join our team.
Qualifications:
* Union experience is required
* Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience
* Strong background in fine dining operations
* Expert knowledge of wine and spirits
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods to uphold the standards of fine dining
* Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to delivering a distinctive dining experience
* Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while maintaining excellent product quality
* Maintain high visibility within the operation, offering recognition, fostering positive public relations, and addressing guest concerns or special requests effectively
