*Job Summary: *Employees in this position manage janitorial and facilities maintenance contracts throughout an assigned district.
The Regional Manager will supervise the customer care and quality control of the districts within their assigned region.
This position requires extensive knowledge of the practices, equipment and mater5ials associated with facilities maintenance and custodial services to include floor care, window cleaning, procurement, and general maintenance.
This position also required an understanding of contracting, vendor management, and customer services.
The position required intermediate understanding of employment law and industry best practices.

*Basic Functions:* The duties listed below are typical examples of the work performed by position in this job classification.

· Ensure the quality execution tasks required of each account assigned to the district.
· Visit various location regularly, ensuring employees are properly equipment and supplied to accomplish their tasks.
· Supervise the safe and quality execution of assigned workload.
· Ensure proper vendor management and contract administration for the employees in the region.
Coordination with all administrative functional areas to include human resources, payroll, logistics, fleet, and IT.
· Order, receive and reconcile material and supply within the district as required.
Maintain all equipment to ensure proper and safe functionality.
Coordinate with Logistic for all equipment repairs and purchases beyond internal capability.
· Maintain proficiency at industry best practices and progressive cleaning methodologies.
· Supervise the production of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Vice President.
· Work with supervisor and the warehouse workers to insure proper maintenance and upkeep of all the office equipment, tools and vehicles.
· Laise with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and supervise safety requirements and training with employees in the district.
· Supervise janitorial and floor-care schedule within the district.
· (HANDS ON) Pressure washing and floor machine experience PLUS!!!!
*Travel Requirements: *Successful employees are required to inspect locations on a regular basis.
Overnight travel is estimated at 50% - 80%
*Education:*
· High School Diploma / equivalent or 5 years of work experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
*Skills required:*
· Fluent in English
· Maintain an excellent driving record
· User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to effectively communicate
Physical Requirements:
· Physically capable to drive long distances.
· Lift and carry supply and material weighing up to 60 lbs
· Pull and pull equipment weighting up to 200 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $85,000.
