*Job Description:* ThirtyOne50 is looking for an Assistant Property Manager Manager for our Kihei properties to support the Property Manager and other staff members on-site.
The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager, Area Property Manager, other Property Managers, and maintenance staff, but also the Asset Managers and Community Program Coordinators.
The Assistant Property Manager will be required to assist with the administration of the housing community to which they are assigned, and as such must manage and direct operations of the housing community in accordance with the policies and procedures prescribed by ThirtyOne50, the Governing Agency, and Fair Housing Laws.
*Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:* * Coordination with Community Program Coordinators * Executing on the Operations and Maintenance Plan and assist in the revisions to the plan.
* Attend educational courses as directed by Human Resources or Supervisor * Maintain property in compliance with the appropriate investors, lenders, and agency and prepare the necessary reports *Experience and Qualifications:* * 2 years or more of residential property management experience or related preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years clerical experience required.
* Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Be able to comply with both the written and verbal instructions given in English.
* Must be able to negotiate, problem-solving, and resolve conflicts * Affordable housing specific experience a plus *Salary Range*: $39,520 to $43,680 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
