*Job Description:*
The Maintenance Manager will work closely with other Maintenance Staff, Property Managers, and Asset Managers overseeing the site.
This role will also include assisting in the development of the maintenance plan for the overall efficient operation of the project, actively performing the required work, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the buildings and overall site.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* On-site maintenance requests and preservation of the overall development
* Coordination with other maintenance managers.
* Executing on the Operations and Maintenance Plan and assist in the revisions to the plan
* Maintain property in compliance with the appropriate local agencies
*Experience and Qualifications:*
* 3 years or more of residential maintenance experience or related
* Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
* Must be able to negotiate, problem-solving, and resolve conflicts
*Compensation:*
Salary Range: range starting from $43,760
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $45,760.
