Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Rate: $25 - $29 hourly (depending on experience and achievement of performance-based bonus) Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Location: Maui, Hawaii Position Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing certain aspects of our delivery / pick-up operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery / pick-up of our products and services to our valued customers.
This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Delivery Operations: ● Supervise the overall delivery / pick-up operations for Beach 2U.
● Develop and implement effective delivery / pick-up strategies to optimize routes, minimize delivery / pick-up time, and improve overall efficiency.
● Monitor delivery / pick-up schedules and ensure timely delivery / pick-up of products and services.
● Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate inventory management and proper product handling during delivery / pick-up.

Team Leadership: ● Lead and supervise a team of delivery / pick-up drivers and support staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
● Schedule and assign delivery / pick-up routes to drivers, considering factors such as location, traffic, and customer requirements.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the delivery / pick-up team to maintain high standards of productivity and professionalism.
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
3.
Customer Service: ● Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that deliveries are made in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
● Address any customer concerns or issues related to deliveries promptly and efficiently.
● Collaborate with the delivery / pick-up team to proactively resolve delivery / pick-up-related problems and improve overall customer experience.
4.
Process Improvement: ● Continuously review delivery / pick-up processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
● Implement and streamline delivery / pick-up procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
● Utilize data and analytics to track delivery / pick-up performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
5.
Health and Safety: ● Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during delivery / pick-up operations.
● Conduct regular safety training sessions for the delivery / pick-up team to promote safe driving practices and prevent accidents.
Qualifications and Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
● Proven experience in delivery / pick-up management or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
● Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address delivery / pick-up-related challenges effectively.
● Proficient in using delivery / pick-up management software and tools to optimize delivery / pick-up operations.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Knowledge of Hawaii's geography and traffic patterns is a plus.
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
