net is seeking a positive, high-energy candidate to join our small, driven property management team and assist in a variety of functions, including inventory control, guest services, admin assistance, owner relations and being the point person in directing our team on weekends.
Among the primary responsibilities.
-- Inventory control and tracking
-- Scheduling vendors and team members to assist with guest and owner needs.
-- General office work as needed
-- Pickup and delivery from Kahului and Kihei, to condos throughout Kihei/Wailea
-- Assisting with quality control, using our app-based checklist
-- Assist with tracking inventory
Experience with a vacation rental company a plus, but not required with the right candidate.
Could be ideal for proven admin person who has reached their potential and looking for a growth position in a dynamic, positive environment in a boutique management agency that prioritizes quality and service.
Requirements:
Confident working on your own and problem-solving using available resources
Well spoken and able to represent our company working with luxury properties/owners
Highly detailed, able to compile and track data accurately
Positive attitude, customer service related, interact well with a team and/or individuals
Basic digital skills (Word, Excel, Aps, etc.
)
Presentable, dependable car w/clean driving record
Experience in a position utilizing similar or parallel skills
Adapt well to constantly changing environment, comfortable pivoting from one project to another
