Site Manager (AL)

*Immediate Opening for Fulltime Site Manager* Condominium Association in West Maui with eighty-six units seeking ideal candidate for a fulltime Maintenance Manager position.
Candidate must be proactive and have extensive hands on knowledge and experience of general building maintenance, pool and landscaping.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to situations as needed and handle in a professional manner at all times.
Fair understanding of the House Rules, Governing Documents, State and Federal Laws as they pertain to the association.
Excellent ability to manage and work directly with Resident Manager, vendors, contractors and closely with Board of Directors, Managing Agent and Owners.
Organized and computer literate preferred.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification a plus.
Salary based on knowledge and experience.
Drug testing and background check required.
