We are a family owned and locally operated Lighting Showroom & Warehouse with a focus on high-end lighting in custom homes, wanting to innovate, and enter the e-commerce space.
We work closely with developers, homeowners, general contractors, electricians, and interior designers on retail sales and projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* *SOP Development and Maintenance*: Create, maintain, and update the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure SOPs are followed correctly by employees across all departments through KPI’s and daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
* *Process Improvement*: Identify and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze and redesign business processes for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
* *Day-to-Day Operations Management*: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Develop and implement processes, procedures, and protocols to optimize workflow.
* *Workflow Design and Implementation*: Design, implement, and monitor workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
-Effective communication and leadership skills
-5+ years operations experience
-Proven track record of results in creating, implementing, and maintaining SOPs, KPIs, and workflows
-Computer experience required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience in lighting, construction, and/or the e-commerce space is a major plus, but not necessary

Compensation: Base salary DOE + performance bonuses
