General Manager (AL)

Condominium Association in West-Maui with 105 units seeking an ideal candidate for a full-time General Manager position.
Candidate must be initiative-taking and have firsthand experience and knowledge of overall property management, maintenance, and landscaping.
Good understanding of insurance, monthly financial statements, annual budget, and reserve study.
Knowledge of chilled water air conditioning plant maintenance is a plus.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism when dealing with difficult situations, ability to manage staff and vendors and work closely with board of directors, owners, and management executive.
Candidates must be organized and computer literate to include the administration of the association’s website.
Salary based on experience.
Drug testing and background check required.
