```Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
```Duties``` - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
