Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.
This is a key role that requires excellent communication and administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
This is a full-time position.
Knowledge of West side properties is a plus.
A/R and Quickbooks experience a must.
Duties: - Greet customers as they enter the office.
- Answer telephone calls and emails.
- Be able to take messages and communicate clearly.
- ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - Input payments and email Paid receipts.
- SCHEDULING - Schedule appointments for installs, service calls, and measures.
- Receive deliveries and notate properly.
- Data collection and entry.
- Assist with Social Media, Websites and worksheets as needed.
- Other clerical duties as necessary, e.
g.
, scheduling, filing, mail management, organizing/cleaning the office, etc.
Candidate Requirements: · Experience with QuickBooks is a must and the ability to learn new technologies and software, troubleshoot problems, and reach out for help when needed.
· Experienced with Office Equipment such as Computers, scanners/copiers, and phone systems.
· Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
· Possessing a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required to get to and from work.
· Basic understanding of computer software such as Excel, Word, Email, and the Internet.
· Training will be provided for the right candidate.
