Job Description
Keala O Wailea, featuring 70 condominiums with a no short-term rental policy, is actively hiring a full-time, Site Manager.
We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual for this crucial role, offering competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities encompass daily site inspections, vendor coordination, rule enforcement, alteration requests, and addressing condo-owner concerns.
Administrative tasks involve generating reports, maintaining logs, handling vendor check requests, and managing payroll.
Enforcement of the governing documents and association rules.
Additional duties involve overseeing one full-time maintenance employee, managing the landscape contractor, scheduling necessary contractors, and procuring supplies for the site as well as assisting the maintenance employee with maintenance, janitorial and light electrical duties.
Our Site Manager will be responsible for managing vendors, customer A/R, vendor A/P, handling related budgets, and promptly responding to questions.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The position offers a flexible 5-day, 8-hour/day schedule, along with paid vacation and a comprehensive medical plan.

Salary Range: $65,000.
