We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated House Manager / Residential Health Technician to join the team at our men’s transitional living home.
*Position Overview: *As a House Manager / Residential Health Technician at Mana Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals seeking recovery.
Our unique work schedule involves 3 1/2 days on and 3 1/2 days off, with employees staying with the clients at the men’s transitional living home during their shifts.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about addiction treatment, dedicated to helping others, and ready to be trained.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Facilitate transportation and other elements of daily operations.
* Provide essential support and assistance to residents in our recovery program at our men's transitional living home.
* Create a safe and nurturing environment within our facility.
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the well-being and recovery of our residents.
* Assist residents in adhering to their recovery plans.
*Qualifications:*
* 1 year of previous experience in a 12-step program, with a strong commitment to recovery.
\*\*\*A strong recovery program with references from a sponsor will be considered.
* A strong passion for addiction treatment and a deep commitment to making a difference.
* Competence in fulfilling necessary paperwork on time, providing updates, and meeting deadlines.
