*Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including team management, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering service with aloha, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

*Qualifications:* * Valid driver's license.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and remotely.
* Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to think creatively and find solutions.
* Competitive spirit and drive to achieve success.
*Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with Customer Resource Management programs.
* Higher education preferred (training, certifications, licensing, trade school, college).
* Ability to read reports and analyze data.
