* *Operational Oversight:* Ensure optimal branch performance by monitoring operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maximizing profitability.
* *Customer Relationship Management:* Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
*Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including team management, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
* Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment, promoting the company's culture of integrity, ohana, and commitment to excellence.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering service with aloha, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
* Monitor branch financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
* Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and success.
*Qualifications:* * Valid driver's license.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and remotely.
* Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to think creatively and find solutions.
* Competitive spirit and drive to achieve success.
*Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with Customer Resource Management programs.
* Higher education preferred (training, certifications, licensing, trade school, college).
* Ability to read reports and analyze data.
* Dynamic thinking, foresight, critical thinking.
* Business acumen, demonstrated through a deep understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.
