Housekeeping Manager

*Housekeeping Manager* _\*Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year (Dependent upon Experience)_ My Perfect Stays is one of the fastest growing companies in the Vacation Rental Business.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about Maui and can share that Aloha spirit with our owners, guests, vendors, and employees.
As the Housekeeping Manager you will be participating in the day-to-day operations and keeping the Director of Housekeeping, GM, and Owner of the company informed of all situations that arise during the day.
*Qualifications:* - Passion for Maui and the ability to share the Aloha spirit with others - Previous experience in the hospitality and vacation rental management industry preferred - Strong time management skills and flexibility in assigned tasks - Positive attitude and a dedication to delivering excellent service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - High level of integrity and a strong work ethic *Responsibilities:* - Manage and oversee housekeeping schedules - Monitor the training progress of new hires - Communicate the needs of operations to upper management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful completion of projects - Interview and train new staff as needed - Meet with guests, owners, and vendors when necessary - Maintain a high level of professionalism and moral standards - Perform field tasks as assigned *Benefits:* - Healthcare coverage with HMSA - Strong company culture - Competitive base salary with additional benefits *Required Skills:* - Valid HI Driver's License - Clear and effective communication skills - Proficient in computer usage - Experience in staff management and training - Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs - Willingness to work in-office with occasional field tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
