*Food Hub Aggregator & Driver* *Position* * *Position Status:* Full-Time * *Required Hours:* (14-20 hours a week) * Wednesday from 10AM to 4PM * Thursdays from 8AM to 4PM (will vary on distribution location) * Once a Month on Fridays from 7AM to 1PM * *Compensation: *$17-$20/hour (Hourly) * *Program:* Food Soverignty * *Reports to: *Food Soverignty Director *Job Summary* The purpose of this position is to support operations of the Mobile Market and to create solid custody of products from farm to customer.
This includes but is not limited to, receiving from farmers the aggregation and delivery and receiving payment (EBT) of Mobile Market orders.
This position requires excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to understand and convey complex processes, and the desire to work closely with and be an advocate for the Molokai community.

*Essential Duties & Responsibilities* General * Assist in the coordination and pick up of produce and food items from suppliers.
* Assist in setting up and preparing of packing floor for the market, including offloading market supplies.
* Assist in the aggregation and packing of weekly Mobile Market orders.
* Driving company vehicles to work Mobile Market delivery drops * Once a month, deliver weekly orders (Fridays) * Assist in the breakdown of the weekly market, including the on-loading of market supplies.
* Communicate regularly with Food Hub Manager and Market Admin to ensure the weekly operations run smoothly, including shortages, order mispacks, or customer details.
Technician * Provides customer support.
* Completes tasks assigned by the supervisors within their skills and scope of work.
Overall * Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, community members, and coworkers * Following and enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations * Able to actively keep in continuous communications with supervisors and coworkers * Attend community events in various locations across Molokai as an active participant or organizer * Perform other duties as assigned or based on interest, skills, and needs *Desired Qualifications & Skills* Required: * High School diploma in related field or relative work experience * Personal and genuine interest in the Molokai community * An interest in and technical knowledge of sustainability * Strong organization skills * Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills * Creative, adaptive problem-solving ability, and a high degree of initiative * Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner * High energy, positive, “can-do” attitude, flexibility, teamwork skills * Be able to excel at working independently under minimum supervision and cooperatively with a team * Advanced computer and software skills, such as Mac Computer, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other remote meeting software * A valid driver’s license Desired: * Excellent communication skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work effectively with a minimum amount of supervision.
* Ability to problem solve and course correct when operations could be more efficient.
* High energy, positive, “can-do” attitude, flexibility, teamwork * High level of organization and attention to detail * A standard driver’s license in good standing, as well as a clean driving record * Ability to drive large vehicles * The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
