We're seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company forward.
*Role Overview:* You will be the right-hand person to the owner, providing vital support in various capacities.
This is not your typical 9-5 role; it's a chance to work directly with an entrepreneur and help shape the future of our business as well as having your phone on you 24/7 in case of interstate shipments or coworkers who might call out.
The owners phone is on and available for you 2/7 *Key Responsibilities:* - \*\*Intuitive Assistance:\*\* Use your intuition and initiative to anticipate the owner's needs, assist in admin tasks, and streamline operations.
- \*\*Process Implementation:\*\* Help implement and optimize standard operating procedures, ensuring efficient workflows across the company.
- \*\*Shadowing and Training:\*\* Gain hands-on experience by shadowing the owner, learning the ins and outs of the business and the industry.
- \*\*Automation and Efficiency:\*\* Take charge of automating tasks, processes, and systems to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- \*\*Team Management:\*\* Assist in managing and holding team members accountable, ensuring they meet performance standards and contribute to company goals.
- \*\*Hiring and Firing Assistance:\*\* Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Additionally, support the owner in making informed decisions regarding terminations when necessary, ensuring adherence to legal and company guidelines.
- \*\*Flexible Support:\*\* Provide assistance with various tasks that may arise.
Your adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges will be valued.
- \*\*Continuous Learning:\*\* Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and improve by reading recommended books, attending relevant workshops, and additional training opportunities.
\*\*Customer Service:\*\* Interact with customers, confirming their moves, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service.
\*\*Expense Allocation:\*\* Monitor and allocate expenses across various categories, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
\*\*Requirements:\*\* Drivers License, Honesty & Openmindedness - \*\*Experience:\*\* Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not mandatory.
