Reception & Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Work in fun, high performing office environment providing State Farm Insurance and protecting your community, right here in Pukalani! This is a reception and customer service position at an Upcountry State Farm Insurance office.
The duties of the position include, but are not limited to: \* Assisting in providing quality service to State Farm clients \* Assisting with the agents sales and servicing efforts \* Collecting payments \* Answering phones \* Communicating with clients via email \* Communicating with mortgage companies, banks and auto dealerships \* Working within a team environment Experience & Knowledge: \* Experience in customer service and/or sales is desirable \* Knowledge of insurance is desirable, but not required \* Computer literacy is required Skills & Abilities: \* Strong listening, oral, phone and written communication skills.
\* Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction, managing your time well.
\* Self-confidence/perseverance/strong work ethic \* Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

Hours: 8am-5pm with 1hr lunch break Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
