A Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness all hotels dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware,
Properly operate dishwashing machines.
Ensure appropriate temperature is correct for proper sanitation.
Wash all dishes, pots and pans and other items used in the restaurants, kitchen and banquet department.
Breakdown all boxes, empty trash containers into the dumpster and clean containers.

Clean kitchen walls, floor mats, and mop floors daily.
Ensure that the floor is kept dry and free of debris after each session or shift.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Previous dishwashing/stewarding experience in a heavy volume restaurant preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
Must be reliable and able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able work in a fast-pace environment.
