Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team.
As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.
This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.
Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues - Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards Qualifications: - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Skills: - Commercial cleaning - Facilities maintenance - Buffing - Floor care - Maintain cleanliness - Custodial duties - Industrial cleaning - Cleaning protocols We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
