Server/Bartender

```Duties:``` - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a bartender - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques - Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing - Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of beer (preferred) - Willingness to assist with catering events as needed - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
