This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?
As a Night Cleaner, you would be responsible for proper cleaning and sanitation of outlet kitchens, food production, and storage areas.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsible for all proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment in outlet kitchens, commissary, food production and storage areas.
Maintain cleanliness of all floors, floor mats, ovens, vents, and kitchen equipment throughout back of the house.
Use the proper cleaning techniques for floors, walls, windows, stainless steel and each piece of equipment.
Properly use and store all chemicals that are required for cleaning, sanitation and polishing.
Perform deep cleaning assignments.
