The house is available for 8 months, starting April 1st through Dec.

The rental contract will be for these dates.
The house is for 2 adults maximum.
The house is decorated with teak and wicker furniture, comfortable deep sofas, antiques and island art work.
Bikes, boogie boards, masks and snorkels, coolers, umbrellas, other recreational and beach gear are available.
The house is located in convenient North Kihei.
Water, wifi and garbage are included.
This is a non smoking property.
We would like 2 people maximum in the house, who will keep the house, furnishings and yard in good condition.
The house is immaculate, and it is important to us that it is kept that way.
References and credit check required.
There is a $3200 deposit, and a $250 non refundable cleaning fee.
Water, garbage and wifi are included, the tenant is responsible for electricity.
