We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the construction industry.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day administrative tasks.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments within our organization, providing support and contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
• Manage and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and organize internal and external events, such as conferences and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
• Answer and reroute phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries when necessary.
• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry is preferred.
