Hawaii’s first and oldest photovoltaic (PV) operations and maintenance company protecting solar assets is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our 100% employee-owned statewide team in our Wailuku office.
The Office Administrator works under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager.
The Office Administrator is responsible for speaking with customers, scheduling, online monitoring of customers’ photovoltaic systems and report writing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Communicating with customers on the phone and via email
• Coordinating with customers and our field team
• Providing support as needed to the team in the field
• Assisting with tracking parts for the jobs and scheduling jobs accordingly
• Report writing for residential jobs
• Monitoring customers’ photovoltaic systems online
Candidates will be required to work independently, take initiative, and be accountable for quality of work.
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated Office Administrator to support our workflow, enhance our office environment, and help the company continue to succeed.
Time management, problem solving, attention to detail and desire to learn and grow with the company are essential.
Working experience with the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel) is highly valuable.
