Seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our prosperous team!
About Us:
We are a female owned Tax & Accounting Firm on Maui dedicated to serving businesses & individuals with an excellent customer experience.
As a fast growing CPA firm, we are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional support to our team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Office Manager with tasks such as:
-Organizing calendars and office workflow
-Using various software programs as needed
-Ordering and organization of office materials
-Setting up office spaces (handy skills a plus but not necessary)
-Running errands
-Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
-Scanning, filing, assistance leading up to and during high volume tax season (Jan-May)
-Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s level degree preferred.
Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or related role.
A valid driver's license and car for running errands when needed.
Preferred Skills:
Driven, action-oriented, communicative, organized, adaptable, relationship Focused.
Experience with Microsoft Suite essential (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be tech savvy.
Ability to work within a growing team and at times fast-paced environment.
A willingness and desire to grow is essential.
Financial literacy or an interest in learning financial skills is required.
