ARCHITECTURE FIRM LOOKING FOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (HAIKU)

We provide Architectural design, structural & civil engineering, and permitting services.
We work on a variety of projects such as residential, commercial, and government.

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Admin for the Principal of the firm.
This position will start as part-time (min.
20 hours/week) but we are open to a full-time position for the right candidate.
You'll be working directly with the Director of Operations and Principal to support him in managing a variety of tasks as a part of the operations team.
This is not a remote position and will require you to be in-person.
Responsibilities include: -Scheduling and managing the Principal's schedule -Coordinating any travel / lodging accommodations -Running errands for the company and personal -Minimal managing of daily tasks/reminders as needed -Support/keeping track of Principal's commitments related to the County of Maui, Department of Education, and AIA organization -Light Office Management - stocking supplies, upkeep, etc.
An ideal candidate will have: -Strong organizational and communication skills -Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules / scenarios -Apple/MAC proficient -Quick Learner / Critical Thinker / Problem Solver Compensation will depend on experience and will range $20 to $25/hr to start.
