We are a 64 unit Apartment building with 35 self storages located near Kihei Bay.
Seeking a full-time office clerk for our onsite property office.
Hours are M-F 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible to receive Tenant calls, emails, and walk-ins during office hours
• Receive Bi-Monthly collection reports of arrears, ensure Tenant accounts are current
• Working with the Brokers office, resolve Tenant Ledger questions and disputes.
• Receive Requests for repair and work with Broker on maintenance estimates and approvals.
• Schedule maintenance, ensuring quality work and timely repairs.
• Facilitate Tenant document distribution and secure signatures
• Open door for Brokers showing of vacant units
• Collect prospective Tenants Application and documents for Broker office
• Prepare and mail out all documents to Broker office each Friday
The successful candidate must possess:
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Customer service orientated background
• Proficient skills in MS Office and Email
• Good work habits, highly organized, detailed, neat in appearance, and reliable
• Ability to pass a drug screen and Background check
*Wage: $18.
